What you can write to us about
- Questions about the service: how a feature works, a suggestion, or a problem using the website or the apps.
- Privacy requests: access to your data, correction, deletion or objection, as described in our privacy policy.
- Account problems: you can no longer sign in, or the app tells you that an administrator must delete your account.
- Problems with content: if you cannot use the Report button, tell us which post, user or conversation is concerned, with a link if possible.
Tools in the app and on the website
Some actions are quicker directly in the service:
- Report: the Report button on posts and in conversations sends the problem straight to our moderation team.
- Block: in a conversation, the Block button stops a user from sending you messages.
- Delete your account: in Account, “Delete my account” deletes your account and your data immediately.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police or the emergency services first.
